As part of our custom home building process, we’ll provide you with a timeline that you can expect us to follow, with as accurate a completion date as we are able to provide. As things change, we’ll continue to keep you posted on progress and adherence to estimated completion date.

Hillview Master Builder knows how impactful the final price of your home can be, so we endeavour to provide you with this final price upfront. This way you know what your home will cost even as you go through each step of designing and building your custom home.

While we do our best to complete all new custom home builds within a specified timeline, it is difficult to predict the unpredictable. As such, we ask that you let us know in advance of any particular milestone events that you envision needing your house in time for, so we can ensure we plan accordingly.

At Hillview Master Builder, landscaping is often but not always included in our design process. When it comes to installation, we use our trusted and experienced trade partners to ensure quality landscaping. 

Everything about your custom home should reflect the unique needs of those living there! Hillview Master Builder will work closely with you to pick the perfect materials, fixtures, finishes and more for your home. We’ll go over each detail of your home’s interior design well before construction begins to avoid making design decisions during construction.
